2025 USPAP Courses & Updates!
The 2024 version of USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) is still in effect. All new appraisers must take the 15 hr. initial class for personal property appraisers. Thereafter, you take the 7 hr. class every 2 years. We offer both courses through a live virtual zoom classroom, taught by AQB certified instructor Leon Castner, ISA, CAPP, personal property version only.
